BP Real Estate LLC ("BPRE," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to the BPRE App, our property management portal, our educational platforms under BP School of Real Estate, HER Space CRE, and Elevate OS, and any other digital properties we operate.

This policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information about you when you interact with our services. Please read this policy carefully. By using our app or services, you consent to the practices described herein.

We collect the following categories of personal information depending on how you interact with us:

• Directly from you — When you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, sign a representation agreement, enroll in a course, or submit a rental application.

• From third parties — From MLS systems, public records, credit reporting agencies (for tenant screening), referral partners, and government databases in the course of providing licensed real estate services.
• From our platform integrations — Including GoHighLevel CRM, property management software, and payment processors used in delivering our services.

• Provide, manage, and deliver real estate brokerage, property management, leasing, and investor consulting services;
• Process real estate transactions and maintain required transaction records;
• Communicate with you about listings, offers, lease matters, and your account;
• Send marketing communications, newsletters, and event invitations — you may opt out at any time;
• Comply with DPOR, NAR, and applicable state and federal regulatory requirements;
• Administer educational courses and issue completion certificates through BP School of Real Estate;
• Onboard and support licensed agents affiliated with BPRE;
• Improve our app, tools, and services through analytics;
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and protect the rights and safety of BPRE, our clients, and the public.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With your consent — We share information when you direct us to do so, such as submitting an offer on your behalf or listing your property on the MLS.
• Service Providers — With vendors and contractors who assist in delivering our services (e.g., CRM platforms, transaction management software, payment processors, email service providers). These parties are contractually required to protect your data.
• Transaction Parties — With cooperating brokers, lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, and attorneys as necessary to complete a real estate transaction.
• Regulatory Compliance — With DPOR, Virginia Realtors®, HRRA, and other regulatory bodies as required by law or professional obligation.
• Legal Requirements — When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the legal rights of BPRE.
• Business Transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Our app uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and collect analytics data. The types of cookies we use include:

• Essential Cookies — Necessary for the app to function properly. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics Cookies — Help us understand how users interact with our app (e.g., pages visited, time on site, traffic sources).

• Comply with state and federal real estate recordkeeping requirements (Virginia DPOR requires transaction records to be retained for a minimum of three years);
• Resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Financial records, transaction files, and licensed activity records are retained in accordance with applicable DPOR and state law requirements. Education records through BP School of Real Estate are retained as required by DPOR licensing standards.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond within 30 days. Note that certain rights may be limited by our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed real estate brokerage.

Our app and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
